‚ÄčThis Arts and Crafts style home had stood vacant for many years. The new owners, a young couple with two small sons wanted a home that would respect its past but allowed for 21st century living. By utilizing the formerly unused attic space and moving a service stair from the kitchen to the front Entry Hall, three new bed rooms and two full baths were added. The kitchen was expanded from 138 s.f. to 467 s.f. making this the perfect home for a young family.
